Elena Ivanushkina is an ICF-accredited Professional Certified Coach (PCC) for Enlightened Leadership, with a curious mind, an adventurous and open spirit, and a love for people development. Her coaching style creates an experience of fulfillment and growth, and aims to achieve tangible results.
Elena has been coaching people at all levels of management since 2010 in the pharmaceuticals, finance, petroleum, technology, food, and government sectors. Her specific areas of expertise include helping managers develop their leadership competencies, especially when leading change in an international environment. Her expertise in cross-cultural leadership and with globally complex situations has been developed through her experience living and working in five countries and distinctive cultures over the last several years.
Her previous career as a senior executive include over 15 years in professional roles with procurement responsibility in leading multinationals, including DANONE S.A. and Microsoft, where she combined her roles in business operations and HR with regional and central responsibilities. In her last corporate assignment, Elena led a number of international projects, covering 14 countries in Europe, helping to improve programs in people development and talent acquisition.
Elena holds two masters’ degrees—in civil and international law, State Legal Academy, Moscow; and in agricultural engineering, Agricultural Academy, Moscow. She has coach training from prestigious organizations, including in generative coaching with Robert Dilts, in team effectiveness from Concordia University, Canada, and in emotional intelligence from Erickson Coaching, Canada. She also facilitates and coaches DISC, as well as 360 feedback assessments and processes.
Elena’s native language is Russian. She also coaches in English, French and Spanish, and speaks conversational Czech.
Elena enjoys skiing, biking, and yoga in her spare time.
