This self-assessed personality questionnaire traces the concept of temperament back to the ancient Greeks and was developed by David Keirsey after he was introduced to the MBTI in 1956. We prefer the KTS-II profile for individuals and for teams, because it differs from the more widely used MBTI in several keys ways, most notably by focusing more on behaviour, which is directly observable, instead of on how people think and feel. We use it to help you better understand your temperament and connect to the people around you in new and better ways.
