Monica Nicolescu is an ICF-accredited Professional Certified Coach (PCC) for Enlightened Leadership. Her analytical experience combined with her natural skills in carefully listening to people and encouraging them to live their life fully creates a unique combination of passion and pragmatism in her work with her clients. She always brings positive energy in helping them sustain their actions in their pursuit of peak performance and achievements.
Monica is especially successful with senior leaders due to her prior career role as a leader working in one of the biggest IT companies in Romania, which has given her an excellent understanding of the daily challenges her clients face. She combines her expertise in the psychology of peak performance with her analytical and results-oriented approach in her work with managers and teams. Her areas of expertise include change management, conflict resolution, and leadership and performance. She helps her clients move to the next level as leaders by helping them think strategically and create a management culture based on transparency in strategy, vision, objectives and communication. She also designs and delivers workshops around career transition, career planning, and for business start-ups.
Monica is also an experienced facilitator, including for the International Coach Federation (ICF) Romania, training and mentoring other coaches to develop and master their coaching skills in order to attain their ICF accreditation. Since March 2013 she has been the ICF Romania Chapter President. She is also a certified trainer in some of The Ken Blanchard Companies leadership development programs, including Situational Leadership II®.
Monica holds a degree from the Academy of Economic Studies, Romania, where she specialized in economic informatics, cybernetics, and statistics. She has completed courses in the psychology of peak performance, and in leadership and conflict resolution, all at Stanford University’s Continuing Studies Program, USA.
Her native language is Romanian and she also is fluent and coaches in English.back
